During the intial stages of the new FSO Website launch we will be setting a Help Desk to assist current Account Customers with username and log in details. Before you place your first order please contact the Help Desk requesting your Username and temporary Password for your account.

The Help Desk will also be available for new customer enquiries and technical issues.

The Help Desk will be available Monday to Friday 8.00am - 10.00pm via email. If you direct assistance from FSO staff, please contact the office directly via the Contact Us Page during office hours.
